The biorientation technology allows for performance enhancement of the thermoplastic material. Its use applied to the extrusion of HDPE pipes allows the production of thin wall pipes but with a very high resistance. Since 1974, AMUT has developed this technology that finds its main application in the production of cut-to-size small PIPES FOR CARTRIDGES. The extrusion line offered by AMUT ensures best quality parameters with very high accuracy and has the special advantage to obtain an IN-LINE CUT-TO-SIZE PIPE: no rolls and no double-handling for pipes cutting. This is possible by means of "mechanical" biorientation technology, based on the use of a stretch-mandrel. This technology, as opposed to the one based on the use of inside pressure, ensures the easy operation of the extrusion line, achievement of high outputs and CUT-TO-SIZE DIRECTLY IN-LINE. The technology of mechanical biorientation ensures very high tensile strength values (over 22 kg/mm2) and thanks to this property it is possible to produce shells for cartridges that can be "recharged" up to 15 times. Another advantage offered by the line supplied by AMUT is the possibility to produce bioriented pipes of small sizes (11mm = gauge 36 - 410), otherwise produced by means of high cost injection technologies. The extrusion line is very easy to operate and also very flexible. The change of gauges can be made in one hour only. The performances of the extrusion line supplied by AMUT are: extrusion speed = 14 m/m' for G12, G16 and G20, 9 m/m' for G.410 number of pieces per minute = 200 / 250 (depending from the length) tensile strength ≥ 22 kg/mm² tolerance on thickness = ± 0,03 mm (gauge 12) tolerance on diameter = ± 0,08 mm (gauge 12) tolerance on cut length = ± 0,2 mm

How run 35 rpet
When you turn the vacuum on, how do you keep the water cool enough to cool down the pipe? If you have to cycle the water through a chilling system, that means you have a drain or a closed system. So if you have to drain and cycle the water, can you open the drain and have it cycling?
How do you manage to cycle the water to keep it cool while in the vacuum? If you open a drain port, won’t the vacuum break?
